Donations of Sports Equipment

Education and sports are essential pillars for building prosperous and united communities. This is why we are actively committed to supporting local initiatives that promote not only learning but also personal and collective development through sports.

In line with the recommendations of the authorities encouraging companies to invest in sports, we have recently made a significant donation of sports kits to the city of Makokou, as well as to several village groups in the Ivindo and Zadié departments. This initiative aims to encourage sports practice, particularly football, which plays a crucial role in strengthening social cohesion and youth inclusion.

In total, more than 500 young people are participating in these football tournaments, spread across five local competitions. Each tournament, comprising an average of ten teams, benefited from balls, sports equipment bags, and complete sets of jerseys for players, goalkeepers, and referees. We also provided goal nets and various accessories necessary for the smooth running of the competitions.

We hope that these donations will help strengthen youth engagement in sports and promote values of fair play, solidarity, and self-improvement. Ivindo Iron remains committed to supporting these initiatives, as we believe that the future of our communities lies in education enriched.
